In the fall of 2006, Chris and Debbie Telios bought the restaurant business located at 22 Andover Street. As longtime residents of Andover, they’ve seen previous owners at the same location come and go half-a-dozen times. With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, the Telios family was determined to breathe new life into the business and into the town they’ve called home for over 25 years. And so, the Andover Deli was born. The Deli seeks to do right by everyone that walks through the door. Its mission is to “invite anyone to come in, relax, and enjoy a clean environment, great food at an affordable price.”
Success in the sandwich/pizza business isn’t easy. Hard work, long hours, attention to detail, and extreme commitment are necessary to prevail. But none of that makes a difference if you don’t have the freshest quality ingredients. We use fresh eggs for our breakfast in the mornings. We slice Boars’ Head cold-cuts for sandwiches daily, as well as sell them by the pound. We season our own sauce, blend our own cheese, and mix our own dough in-house, everyday, for our pizzas and famous calzones. And don’t forget our fresh, never-frozen seafood, caught daily!
